Blessing Hospital is building a five-story patient room addition to its 11th Street campus. The addition will allow Blessing to move its three inpatient behavioral medicine units from the 14th Street campus to 11th Street, consolidating all inpatient care in one location, making the Hospital more efficient by locating all inpatient care resources in one facility.

The Salvation Army Emergency Shelter is being built at 5th and Broadway in Quincy. The new building with have 12 rooms for residents, a large dining area and a lounge. It will also house the Salvation Army’s other community services programs. It is in close proximity to the Kroc Center, which means all of the Salvation Army’s resources will be centralized in the downtown area.

Amazon.com is the world’s largest online retailer. This will be their third fulfillment center in Tennessee.

A new 36,000 sq ft residence hall on the campus of Quincy Univeristy. It will be a three story building with 34 suites that will hold up to 92 students. The residence hall is expected to be open in the fall semester of 2011.

Good Samaritan Home is located in Quincy, Illinois. The new multi-million dollar addition and upgrade began in 2010 and scheduled to be completed in 2011. The new North building with house the administration offices and residents rooms.

In 2010 Mid-States Door & Hardware provided material for 3 different buildings for the Louisiana Schools in Louisiana, Missouri. Much of the material provided for this project was new doors in existing frames.

Mid-States played a part in a 24,000-square-foot new office and branch facility in 2008 in Southern California.

The Arkansas Research and Technology was a two-story 60,000SF laboratory-office facility developed at the Arkansas Research and Technology Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The center is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED®) building , which will meet certain environmental and energy saving standards including wood doors that were FSC® compliant.

First Bankers Trustshares, Inc. is headquartered in Quincy, Illinois. The new headquarters building, with an estimated construction cost of $6.5 million, began in 2010 and scheduled to be completed in 2011.

The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is located in Quincy, Illinois. The new Salvation Army Kroc Center had an estimated construction cost of $29 million. The project began in 2010 and is scheduled to be complete in 2011.
